The bowl

If you have been in the helderberg the last week or so you will know what the struggle is about.. The wind has been pumping no less than 20 knots SE every damn day and the swell is some funny direction that breaks shit.

We went and skated the bowl in Somerset today and got some funny footage!

Lets all hold our thumbs and our big toes that the conditions get better please mon.

Back to the blog after a long time of not really knowing whats left from right. I am also on holiday now for good which is nice.

I haven't been on any sort of road trip or surf mission lately but some ideas are in the pipeline and before the end of the month and year of 2014 some radical events will be documented.

Yesterday after some slight persuasion I agreed to go with my brother, Jason, and Faffa, up to a pretty ridiculous peak of the Hottentots mountain range.  Let me just say this much. We were high man!

The peak of this mountain wee'd upon the heights of both Sir Lowry's pass as well as Helderberg mountain. What an epic little mission.

After a long day in the sun and wind, a unexpected drive up to the lookout spot was taken to look at the supermoon.

Spoke a bit of smack about crazy dreams and things alike, and took a few funny photographs.
