So today is apparently halloween. Its just not the same from back when I was young.

Anyway scored some strange caves today. Was good fun though and super heavy. Took quite a few photos today, got a good shot of Jerry that I will be archiving for future use hopefully.

The paddle was absoultely ridiculous though so fitness levels are looking good.

I tried taking photos from a different angle today. Let me know what you think of it.

So the good news, we scored very pretty looking waves today. Bad news, no photos. As of recently caves has become an area of crime and the result is that I will no longer be taking my camera with on days that there is nobody to protect it.

I will most probably be taking photos tomorow and will update with photos

Spring tide happened this past weekend. Good times. Lots of fun.

Unfortunately I fell out in my first heat against David Lillenfield, Josh Kleeve and Eugene Meyer. I had a good heat personally, but the other guys in my heat clearly surfed better.

The waves were quite big but if you got on the right wave it sent you flying. I got 2 good waves in my heat.

Overall it was a good day even though it started raining.

Limerence

I was looking through photos of a west coast trip from July that a couple of legend friends and myself hit up. The west coast is insane.

Good times all the time. Waves are pleasent and the locals are few and far.

These photos were taken on only a small stretch of mostly unexplored coast and is mostly unsurfed. Just makes me want to call up the same friends and go up the west coast again. Live there.

Was sitting on the beach today and realised how cool the sea is.

Making waves.

Making friends.

Making pain.

Waves are also pretty cool to take photos of. They come in lots of different shapes and sizes.

I have taken some nice photos of waves before. Still doesnt do them justice.

So today was the swell we have been waiting for all week. Not quite what we expected but heaps of fun. We are getting closer to exams. Gotta start studying for those things.

We have the springtide contest this coming weekend. Should be fun. You can enter on the beach if you want(Glen Beach) So come down if you amped.

So apparently caves was doing its thing yesterday and I wasn't there. A bit bummed but I got my learners coming up on friday so at the moment I am focusing on getting past that thing.

The weekend is looking fruitfal so might be cruising the coast in search of some waves.

And so we end off the holiday. A great one. Had a very chilled yet fun holiday in Durban. Not The best waves but good times, loads of fun and some flames. Whaha. Ended up coming 7th in the juniors division definately surprising myself and probably some other people aswell.
